OAITH (Ontario Association of Interval and Transition Houses)http://www.oaith.ca "OAITH is a province-wide association primarily of women's first stage emergency shelters and other services working to end violence against women. OAITH works on issues of public advocacy that affect women experiencing violence and children exposed to violence against their mothers." OCRCC (Ontario Coalition of Rape Crisis Centres)http://www.ocrcc.ca The Ontario Coalition of Rape Crisis Centre (OCRCC) was formed in 1977 and incorporated in 1980 in order to achieve the following goals:
Members of the OCRCC are committed to addressing and eliminating individual, organizational and societal racism and oppression and working to develop an integrated, anti-racist/anti-oppression, feminist service delivery system for survivors of sexual assault. Women Abuse Council of Torontohttp://www.womanabuse.ca Kenora Sexual Assault Centre The Kenora Sexual Assault Centre is a women-centred service, inclusive of all women and working collectively, from a feminist analysis of violence against women, to effect personal and political change in the lives of women. Our work includes support, counselling and advocacy, to facilitate the empowerment and healing of those affected by sexual violence. The Kenora Sexual Assault Centre works to eradicate the social conditions which contribute to violence against women and children, through public education, lobbying and political action. |
